Privacy policy

Short version: if you leave your email, we store it to send you Greenroom updates, and nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. You can have your address deleted at any time.

Email sign-up

When you sign up for updates we store your email address, which form you used (for example the top of the main page) and the time. We use it only to email you about Greenroom: the launch of the full version, early access and news. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own use.

• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, by replying to any of our emails or writing to the contact in the Impressum.
• Where it is stored: in a Google Sheet in our Google account. Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) processes it on our behalf; it may be transferred to the USA, for which Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, then it is removed.

Visiting the site

The site is static: it has no user accounts and sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no tracking, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself. To deliver the pages, our hosts process the technical data every browser sends (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) and may keep it in short-lived server logs for security: Cloudflare for greenroomtours.com and GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) for the copy at ohad-g-5790.github.io. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Prices are set in euros. If you switch them to US dollars, SOL or bitcoin, your browser reads the current exchange rates from CoinGecko (api.coingecko.com), which sees your IP address like any website; in euros it never does.

Your browser's storage keeps a few settings on your own device, such as whether you opened the demo, closed a notice, signed up, created a demo agent or picked a currency. They are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Wallets and the blockchain

You can use the site without a wallet. If you connect one (for example Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, OKX Wallet or Jupiter), the page reads your public wallet address to show your band or venue. To show tours, the page reads public data from the Solana devnet through a public RPC node (api.devnet.solana.com), which sees your IP address like any website. Anything you sign is recorded on the public Solana blockchain, where it is visible to everyone and cannot be changed or deleted, by us or anyone else. This demo runs on devnet with play money only.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to the contact in the Impressum. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live.
