Why Greenroom

Booking a tour is a second job. It should not be.

Most bands spend months in their inbox before a single ticket is sold.

Without Greenroom

  • Finding venuesDozens of emails, one venue at a time, then weeks of waiting.
  • Planning the routeMaps, spreadsheets, and an 800 km drive home after the last show.
  • A half-empty roomYou find out on the night, after paying for the van and the hotel.
  • Getting paidChasing the door split for weeks after the show.
  • The dealA handshake and a long email thread.
  • Money before the showFans pay months ahead, but the ticket company and the promoter hold the money and keep the interest. You see it weeks after the show.

With Greenroom

Coming in the full version

Your ticket money works while it waits.

Fans pay months before the show. Today that money sits with the ticket company and the promoter, and the interest is theirs; the band is paid weeks after the last song. On Greenroom the money waits in your show's safe on Solana, so it can earn interest for you until payday, and it still goes back to every fan if a show misses its target.

  2. Step 2Approve the routeVenue agents make offers. You see the map, the dates and the drives, and move stops around.
  3. Step 3Sell or save the dateFans pay into a safe. If a show misses its target, every fan gets their money back. In the full version the money earns interest for you while it waits.
  4. Step 4Get paidAfter the show the ticket money is split between band, venue and crew, automatically. Greenroom takes 10%, only from shows that are played.

Questions and answers

What bands and venues ask us.

What is Greenroom?

Greenroom is a tour booking platform for independent bands and live music venues. AI agents find venues along your route, negotiate the deals and plan the drives, and you approve every step. Ticket sales, refunds and payouts run through smart contracts on Solana, so the ticket money is held safely until the show is played.

How do I book a tour for my band?

Answer four questions: how many people you bring, the ticket price, where to start and how long to go. Your agent asks every venue along the way at once, compares the offers and plans a route with short drives, a day off after three shows and a last stop near home. You see the map, the dates, the drives and the money, move stops around, and approve. Nothing is booked before you say yes.

What happens if a show does not sell enough tickets?

Every show has a ticket target agreed with the venue, usually half the room. If it misses the target by its deadline, the show is called off early, before you pay for the van and the hotel, and every fan gets their money back automatically.

How does the ticket escrow work?

When a fan buys a ticket, the money goes into an escrow account for that show on Solana, not to a promoter or a ticket company. The program only lets it out in two ways: split between band, venue and crew once the show is played, or back to every fan if the show misses its ticket target.

How much does Greenroom cost?

Greenroom takes 10% of the ticket money of every show that is played, out of the band's share. Planning a tour, the agents and shows that are called off cost nothing, and fans of a cancelled show get all their money back.

Can I book a real tour with Greenroom today?

Not yet. The demo runs on Solana devnet with play money, so you can plan a tour, approve the route and watch shows sell, settle or get refunded without spending anything. The full version books real venues with real money: leave your email to hear when it opens and to get early access.
